1. This advance booking of GOLD VOUCHER/TOUR VOUCHER is designed by the company exclusively for the Syndicate members however one can bee a Syndicate member by paying admission fees of 10/- only.
2. One time processing fees of 10/- is payable along with every booking amount.
3. in case of failure to pay the regular installments in time the company may charge late fees @2% per month allowing a grace period of 15 days.
4. In case of discontinuation, the members shall have to pay the regular installments according to the respective schemes in time, against
valid receipts provided by the company.
5. In case of permanent discontinuation of the scheme by the member, principal amount deposited will be returned along with an appreciation value of 5% (simple) on the deposited amount, provided the scheme must be continued at least for a period of 6 months, else principal amount will returned. In both cases final settlement date will be the scheme due date.
6. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever. Any tax, levy, govt, duties, surcharges are to be paid separately by the member, as applicable time to time.
7. The scheme is subject to change time to time. The company reserves the absolute right to make any amendment, modification, alteration or addition in the scheme and the terms & conditions contained herein either in whole or in part at its sole discretion without assigning any reason what so ever.
8. All disputes are subject to Kolkata jurisdiction.
